Let's Laugh Today Laughter Club

Laughter sessions are designed to bring the health benefits of laughter to your life! When you pretend to laugh or act happy, your body produces the same happiness chemicals. Happiness becomes a choice and not a consequence of your circumstances. Anybody can do laughter yoga. There are no contortions or fancy movements. You do not need to be in shape. Come and enjoy this new exercise of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing techniques known as laughter yoga. Everyone should experience this at least once! A Concert to Remember

"A Concert to Remember" is a great day of music and community and an opportunity to come together to honor and remember those who died through tragedy. Many of our loved ones are leaving this planet through acts of suicide, overdose, addictions and tragic accidents. After the funerals, we are left with the pain and the fear of our loved one being forgotten. This concert is a place to join together to remember. The candle lighting ceremony, moving music and upbeat performances will be focused on the process of grief and its emotions, exploring anger, frustration, sadness, lessons learned, forgiveness, peace, love, joy and celebration, leaving everyone with a feeling of release, connection and purpose.
